Terms of Service

You must be 13 or older. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. You're responsible for the content of your recordings — don't record people who haven't consented.

Zubio Free is capped at 5 stored recordings with a 15-day retention period; recordings auto-delete after 15 days, and once you reach the cap you must delete one to record another. Zubio Pro ($19/month, billed by Stripe) gives you unlimited recordings and lets you extend retention to 60/90/180/365 days or turn auto-delete off entirely.

You can cancel Pro at any time from your account page. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refunds.

• Don't record anyone without their consent. This is non-negotiable.
• Don't use Zubio to record illegal activity, harassment, or doxxing.
• Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Don't resell Zubio as if it were your own product (white-labeling needs a separate agreement).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We'll try to give notice when we can.

You own the recordings you create. By using Zubio, you grant us the limited right to store, process, transcribe, and serve your recordings back to you and the people you share with. We don't claim ownership and we don't use your content for marketing or AI training.

We aim for high availability but make no formal uptime SLA. The service is provided “as is” without warranties. If something breaks, email hello@zubio.io and we'll fix it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zubio's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data beyond what we already replicate, etc.).

We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here with a fresh “Effective” date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
